As a leadership strategist, she provides strategic services for public and private sector clients as the founder of Flourish Leadership Group, LLC, a leadership development and communications. Dawn is a former non-profit executive, elected Sacramento School Board trustee, and a gubernatorial board appointee.  Dawn serves on national boards for families with disabilities and she received national and regional community service awards.
